Delaware Community Foundation

The Delaware Community Foundation manages charitable funds for individuals, families, businesses and organizations, and distributes income from the funds as grants to humanitarian, educational, health and cultural entities throughout the First State.

DonorsChoose.org

DonorsChoose.org is a nonprofit website that connects "Citizen Philanthropists" to teachers in need of classroom materials. Search through a list of proposals and fund one that appeals to you. Once the project is completed donors receive student thank-you notes, classroom photos, and a teacher Impact Letter.

Giving Circles Network

The Giving Circles Network is a resource to individual donors and giving circles. Giving circles are ordinary citizens who pool their own money or time and together decide where to give it away. Circles often have an educational or social function as well.

United Way of Delaware

United Way of Delaware collaborates with businesses, individual donors and nonprofits to achieve lasting results for the community. In addition to its annual campaign the United Way accepts donations throughout the year. United Way also provides opportunities to volunteer through its Days of Caring and various committees.
