Consumer Credit Counseling Service of MD and DE

The Consumer Credit Counseling Service is an accredited nonprofit organization. The program offers confidential budget counseling, a debt management repayment program and community education. Offices are located in Wilmington and Dover.

Delaware Money School

The Delaware Money School offers more than 600 free, no hassle personal finance classes each year. Workshops are held at community locations throughout the state. Online classes are planned. The School is the signature program of the Delaware Financial Literacy Institute, a nonprofit.
