The Delaware Nature Society will be hosting their annual Harvest Moon Festival at Coverdale Farms (Grenville) on Saturday and Sunday, October 2nd and 3rd. Volunteers are needed in all sorts of jobs – food, face-painting, farm games/Olympics, scarecrow stuffing, horseback riding, bank bag positions, arts & crafts, first aid, parking, corn maze, and the fun continues. PLUS – volunteers get into the event for FREE! To volunteer, go to the Delaware Nature Society website, click on the "Volunteers Needed Harvest Moon Festival" link on right. Fill out the online application noting the times you are available.
